Dear User, we inform You that due to purposes related to the service providing,Carpenteria Metallica GT srl performs the treatment of data You gave us or otherwise got during the service providing. The holder of the treatment is Carpenteria Metallica GT srl in the person of its legal representative. A list of the persons responsible for the treatment of personal details and the third parties receiving the communications is available at theCarpenteria Metallica GT srl offices. The treatment of data is carried out by means of procedures suitable to protect the confidentiality of the User and lies in collecting, recording, organizing, storing, processing, changing, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, releasing, deleting, disrupting the data itself, including the combination of two or more of the actions mentioned above. In addition to the related and instrumental purposes, required for the service providing, the treatment of data shall aim at:

a) collecting general and particular data and information on the orientations and preference of the User; sending information and commercial offers, even by third parties; sending advertising and information material; performing trade communications, even interactive communications; carrying out direct sales or product and service marketing activities; working out studies and statistical researches on sales, customers and other information and, in case, communicating them to third parties; transferring the data collected and processed to third parties for commercial purposes, even for the sale or the attempted sale and even out of the European Union territory, that is for all those legal trade and/or statistic purposes;

b) communicating the data to companies carrying out functions that are instrumental and strictly related to the service operating and/or managing databases for protecting credit risks and accessible to third companies;

c) transferring the data to subsidiary and associated companies, and to those carrying out functions that are instrumental and strictly related to the service operating even out of the European Union territory.
The User may choose whether to give his/her consent to the treatment of his/her own personal details. In the event he/she refuses the treatment of his/her own personal details as per letter a) the treatment shall be limited to the whole execution of the obligations arising from the service providing, as well as the performance of the obligations provided for by laws, rules and Community regulations. In the event he/she refuses the treatment of his/her own personal details as per letter b) and c) the Company shall be not able to provide the service. The treatment of the User's data for the above-mentioned purposes shall mainly take place by means of automatized and computerized procedures, always respecting the confidentiality and safety rules provided for by law. According to law terms, the data shall be stored, inside the Carpenteria Metallica GT srl db and treated by employees and/or professionals entrusted by the company, who carry out the following activities under its own direct supervision and responsibility.
To that end, the data the User communicated shall be transmitted to external subject, even abroad, carrying out functions that are instrumental and strictly related to the service providing. In addition, we inform You that, as per Art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree dated 30th June 2003, Nr. 196, the Customer has the right to wholly or partially oppose, due to lawful reasons, to the treatment and may require, according to the procedures and the limits provided for by the regulations in force, the confirmation of the presence of his/her personal details pertaining to him/her and learn the origin, receive a clear communication about it, get information about the logics, the procedures and the purposes of the treatment, require its updating, adjustment, integration, require their deleting, their transformation in anonymous data, the block of data treated by infringing the law, including that no longer required for the pursuit of the purposes for which it was collected, as well as, more in general, exercise all rights recognised to him/her by the law provisions in force.
